Daily Review for Reading and Math at your fingertips! This set has 182 pages of review in reading and math for K-1. The skills build on each other sequentially as they circle back to review previously practiced skills. The set is created in 7 sections, with 26 pages in each section. Each page has 7 skills. Skills are based in reading (letters/sounds, phonics, and phoneme manipulation) and math (numbers, number sense, greater than and less than, addition/subtraction, patterns).
The skills are listed in the set and all answers are also provided. There is also a separate page with explanations and definitions to make sure skills and directions are understood.
Students will circle, write, count, build, create, add, subtract, color, identify, match, spell and transform.
Pages are set up throughout the year in a similar template, so students will know what to do. The repetitive nature of the sections can be easily independent.
Section 1: Identifying Rhyming Words, Write Upper-case and Lowercase letters, Write Numbers 1-1-0, Write Number Words 1-10, Counting Syllables, Identifying Colors and Shapes and Writing Color and Shape Words.
Section 2: Matching Beginning Sounds, Write Lowercase/Writing Beginning Sounds, Count Dots #11-20 Using 10 Frames, Write Number Words #11-20, Circle and Count Words in Sentences, Identify Initials Sounds for A-Z, and Practice Handwriting for letters.
Section 3: Matching Middle Sounds, Identifying Ending Sounds, One More, One Less, Identifying Numbers Greater and Lesser, Spelling Common CVC Words, Identifying Words with Common Short Vowel Word Families and Practice Handwriting with Short Vowel Word Families.
Section 4: Matching Ending Sounds, Choose a Word to Match a Picture, Identifying Shape Faces/Sides & Vertices/Corners, Match a Number Value, Spelling with Beginning and Ending Blends, Identifying Words with Common Beginning Blends and Practice Handwriting with Blends.
Section 5: Matching Beginning Blends, Unscramble Letters to form CVC Words, Complete Patterns, Making Sets for 10 with 10 Frames, Spelling with Beginning and Ending Digraphs, Identifying Words with Common Long Vowel Word Families and Practice Handwriting with Long Vowel Word Families.
Section 6: Matching Beginning Digraphs, Unscramble Letters to form Words with Beginning and Ending Blends, Count Numbers by 10s, Join Two Numbers and Write and Addition Sentence, Write and Change Phonemes to Make New Words, Put Words in Order to Make a Sentence and Practice Writing Sentences.
Section 7: Matching R-Controlled Vowels, Unscramble Letters to form Words with Beginning and Ending Digraphs, Count Numbers by 5s, Separate Numbers and Write Subtraction Sentences, Change a CVC Word to a CVCe Word, and Independent Sentence Writing with a Topic Provided.
