Description
Want a center that can be valuable all year? This is it. This set is for Winter and January weather. The sleds are used to build CVC words. Copy each sheet on a different color, cut apart, and put in a resealable bag. Each week for 5 weeks, students will take a bag and an answer sheet. They will color the nest to show which cards they are using, and write the CVC word for each picture on the answer sheet next to the corresponding number.
The center can be differentiated by adding vowels when necessary or creating different levels of writing for students. Some students can write the words, some can write sentences with the cvc words, some can write a story about one of the words, and some can use as many words in a story as possible.
